Devons Restaurant


Todd and Teresa Wilson are the owners of Devon's Family Restaurant which was named after their son Devon.
They purchased the restaurant on October 1. 1996.

Todd has been in the restaurant business since 1981. He graduated from Washburn Chef School in Chicago after attending for two years. He has worked in a variety of restaurants in Northwest Indiana until purchasing the Rensselaer Restaurant.

He had previously managed this restaurant for the previous owner from July, 1989 until purchasing it in 1996. They are adding new items quite often. They roast their own turkey, pork, make their own meatloaf and many of the items are homemade. The most popular item is the broasted chicken.

The restaurant is definitely family run including their two children, Ashley and Devon. Teresa manages the dining room and Todd manages the kitchen. We plan on being here a long time and hope that everyone enjoys our good food and welcome everyone, new, present and past customers.

David and Lorrie are the owners of Devon’s Restaurant which was purchased on October 1. 2001

David has been in the restaurant business since 1972. He graduated from a very popular Chef School in Los Angeles after attending for three years. He has worked in a variety of restaurants in all over the US until purchasing this Restaurant.

He had previously managed this restaurant for his Italian owners. That was his dream to own it at that time and he was lucky.
Nowadays they are adding new items to their menu. They roast their own turkey, pork, make their own meatloaf and many of the items are home-made. The most popular item is the roasted chicken.

They plan on being here a long time and hope that everyone enjoys our good food and welcome everyone, new, present and past customers.
